    Need some advice

    I have a 1987 Checkmate Senator, alpha 1 drive, IO, and the nipple broke of-and threads are stripped on- Gimbal Bearing grease fitting female housing-any idea how to fix? Rethread? I tried Going up a grease fitting size - still wont catch

    refreshing alpha 1 outdrive

    General Question: I live in the Northeast and have an 87 senator, 300 hp, alpha one outdrive. Last June, I had outdrive gear oil, rings, gaskets, impellor replaced-do I have to do this every June? Boat is used about 20 times annually...thanks
