Hot Horn

Are yousure the horn is bad?
What does it do, or not do?
I went through all kinds of headaches believing that I had a bad temp. sender, or , horn, I wound up having magor motor problems.
 
I started to have problems with it 2 weeks ago. You know when you first turn the key the horn will give one quick beep. Well that beep became lower and lower in volume until it now is almost impossible to hear. I plan on having my mechanic check it out next week, but if it is not too difficult to replace I would do it myself.
