New Checkmate paint design?

I like it! It looks like a modern Progression paint job. I personally like the more conservative classical designs that don't go out of style.......unlike the paintball gun Baja designs from a few years ago.

Here's another vote for looks great. (Or was that "less filling"?) :bigthumb:

Where's the chess symbol in the logo though? Gotta have the flying knight, IMHO.

I agree these proposed graphics look really good and should stand the test of time.

I also agree that the paintball Baja's were some of the worst graphics I have ever seen.

Sorry but I don't like it much. It reminds everyone of an "old" paint job on a boat way back when. I say out with the old in with the new. It reminds me of an old Formula paint job. I say go back to the art table and look at what some others are doing today and move ahead. Who wants a new boat that has retro graphics? (not me)

Well I am all alone on this one. I showed it to my wife (who I was sure would not like it) I was wrong again, she likes it... I guess I need my eyes checked :)

Peace,
Rob

You're not alone as I'm not a big fan either but I'm a boring person.

When you say it will have a fiberglass pan like the BRX, are you talking about a full innerliner for the 21?

Too retro for me. It is obviously a big improvement, but the 1980's Baja influence is clear.

I do like it, but it's definitely old/current Glastron style mixed in with old Baja style. I like it because I like the classics! But like a couple others have said, I'd also like to see something 'newer'...............

I like it:thumb: Retro is in.... just look at the big 3 bringing back the old school 60's-70's muscle car looks / blended with new.. Let's see more ideas.
