Need more Southerners!

It seems like most Checkmates were sold up north ... I don't ever see anyone from the deep south posting here except me! I boat on Logan Martin just outside of Birmingham, AL. Truthfully, I never see any other Checkmates around, which is kind of cool because mine still turns a lot of heads. People always want to know what it is. After 27 years, there still isn't anything on the water that looks like a 'Mate!

Amen, brother Coop. Southern is anything from Chattanooga south to Mobile, and most parts of Georgia (of course carving out the Atlanta and metro Atlanta areas.) Mississippi is ... well, bless their hearts, Mississippi is just Mississippi.

How about Captain Morgan?

Where's "The Damn Fools Club" located? :p

My long lost brother by another mother "Reed" is relocating to the Baton Rouge area soon. He fell in love, and is packing things up to move.

I may get the Trimate I gave him back. Unless he can find another home for it.

Now Louisianna is a whole other story ... that's cajun country, pure coon ass. A lot different than southern. Those boys are just plain crazy! There's plenty of water around Red Stick ... a Trimate will blow the sides off a Piereaux!

ByuMatez!

Quick Coop grab the domain before it goes! :D

You can probably have a board up by dawn. :)

Jamey,

If you start up a new thread I'll sticky it for you.

Title it something like "Southern Owners Check In" or something along those lines. We'll put it in the member introductions forum and sticky it for you and see if we can get some southern owners to check in. :)
