    Look at the transom really well if the splashwell has cracks and we not sealed right away it's wet bottom line no questions asked second if the floor is soft you are running the risk of we stringers

    the engine is a 3.0 pro max not sure the year but was new when it was rehabed at checkmate so I'm assuming that is a 98.

    Still Looking... So after a month plus of looking bouncing back and forth trying to decide to fix mine or buy another, I am still totally up in the air. I have learned that trying to find one that doesnt have a cracked or broken/wet transom is near impossible. Starting to get discouraged...

    I have talked to the guy a few times and just revieved close up picture of the splashwell It has a pretty good crack across the entire back of the tansom in the well and also apears to me that is has been cleared...
