    A few years back my starcraft sank if fresh water and hasnt run right since, I have replaced the power packs and and it still runs sluggish. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brian

    Unfortunatly this week Billy has passed away after a 7 year battle with cancer.
