    :confused:I dont even know were to start on this boat. Its a total basket case!!!!! But i have a very large shop and I have all winter...... I am definitly going with hydr steering, dont know what kind yet..prob bay star not to sure. My lower does not have a cone. And i am looking at jack...

    So with a 150 merc and about 5" of set back and proped, i should be looking towards 60-65mph? Also, im looking for the side pieces to the windshield..any guesses to where i could find them? Thanks
