    Thanks Chris,F150GT. I thought maybe I could find someone with the same set-up so we could compare notes. My last experiment cost me $665 and the prop did not work well. I've had this prop reworked once,I'am thinking thats the way to go if I can find the right person to do it. Got to many BAJAs...

    Yes its stock merc 454mag 385. last year I tryed a 4 blade bravo,hole-shot was little better, but no bow lift,lost 5 mph. also I am on a very rough lake in GA. am out of the water as much as in. The 4 blade grabs so well I blowed the out drive jumping a 4 ft. wave

    Just FYI the dealer near me has a new (never sold) 2000 283 with twin 454 mags and all the good stuf,list $103.000 asking $75,000 , but it can be bought for a lot less.
