    I HAVE A 96 MERCURY EFI 200 AT STARTUP IT WANTS TO BOG DOWN WHEN TRYING TO COME OUT OF THE HOLE ,WHEN WARMS UP IT IS FINE I HAVE REPLACED FUEL LINE AN BULB WATER SEPERATOR THIS IS EMBARRASSING AT BLAST OFFS DOES ANYONE KNOW SOMETHING I CAN TRY

    I have a 96 mercury efi 200 at start up it wants too bog down when trying to come out of the hole, when it warms up it is fine. does anyone have any suggestions? I have replaced bulb an fuel line, water seperater
