    i have a 88 diplomat with the 260hp 5.7 alpha combo and a 23p quicksilver cleaver prop on it,i am a boat newb so i dont really know if this is the best setup for this boat, but it seem to perform ok, speeds around 64-68 mph on the speedo at 4500-4600rpm cruise at 50-55 at 3500-3700rpm depending...
