    2100 BR questions for you

    My boat isn't as new as yours but here is what I have seen and done over the years. First get a bow cover makes a big difference. I have a 250XS with 12inchs of setback. Hydraulic jackplate and labbed 27 trophy plus (no exhaust ring with 2 opposing vent holes plugged and the 2 remaining holes...

    I have a friend that fixed the issue (same hull) by placing 60lbs of sand bags in the bow. he has a 225 on 10" hydro plate and runs a Bravo 4 blade. hope this helps

    the jackplate is adjustable so for overall running about 1-2" below the pad and for speed runs even with or 1" above the pad. never had any problems with losing water pressure but I always have my eye on that.

    I have a 96 2100 BR w/250XS torquemaster 12" setback CMC jack plate 26 Trophy + with two holes plugged and two with medium hole. Current top speed 80 GPS with a little more to go if I got a 27 Trophy I think I could get close to 85 in perfect conditions. I like the 26 Trophy and the handling...
