    Seven Marine Outboards

    Gear ratio I have a 1985 23 foot checkmate enforcer, has a 350 merc and an alpha one. I blew the out drive up, and I trying to figure out the correct gear ratio for that motor, For speed. Any suggestions?

    Prop size

    I have a 1985 checkmate and Enforcer, 25foot. With a 300 Merc in it and and alpha-1, trying to figure out what size prop I should be running, I have a 21 pitch I have a 21 pitch prop on it now and I'm getting 52 miles an hour.
