    My 83 Enticer didn't originally come with a transom ladder for swimming(at least I didn't see one int he 84 brochure). I did notice, however, that the Diplomat did come with a ladder. The two boats are almost the same size(Diplomat has 5" wider beam). Do you think a Diplomat ladder will fit on...

    trim tabs on an 83 enticer

    I recently bought a 1983 Enticer 17', and there were trim tab mounts on the transom(the tabs and rams were missing). Since I'm redoing the boat, I took them off. Were these installed as a factory extra? Do I need to put new ones on? The boat is powered by a Johnson 140 HP, which has an aerofoil...

    What happened is that some previous owners have tried to add things, ie a radio, a 12 volt outlet, etc, and have hacked the wiring harness up pretty good. Also, the bilge pump wiring and the wiring to the nav lights are totally messed up. In addition, someone has bypassed the emergency stop...
