    Sad News

Wow, so sorry to hear about Sim, he was a great guy. I still have his old Rootbeer Starliner. I was just talking boats with a guy at work. He asked me what kind of boat I had. I showed him a video on YouTube of Sim running it before he sold it to me. It got me thinking about Sim and I made a...

    Even More CL Finds!

I agree Sam, I have the same colors on my Starliner, but no bow lights or rails. Everyone loves the way it looks in the sun, especially with the windshield tinted dark. This is the only other Starliner I've seen in rootbeer.

    Anyone know this Checkmate

I don't know the owner of this boat, but I have seen it on Lake Hopatcong a couple of times. Looks nice. I'm pretty sure It's been on Craigslist for at least 6 months. I'm about 10-15 miles from Lafayette. I'm an outboard guy, but if you need a set of eyes or photos, I might be able to find some...

Good upholstery shops in tri-state area

Hey Kris, My vote would be for Batten the Hatches in Lake Hopatcong. They have been the go to shop in this area for the last 25 years. I have never heard of anyone that wasn't happy with her (Maria's) work. I don't think they have a great web site but you can see them on Facebook. I think Sim...
