Hello all. I am looking into a 1984 Exciter 350 I/O.Its in nice shape,521 original hours, dark blue and silver and the blue is faded pretty good in spots. The interior is nice. Runs and drives nice. Seems to be very dry and solid. Anything to look for as far as known problems and any opinions on the Exciter model. Thanks Tom

Welcome. I'm just over in Acton.
Just check the basics like floor, stringers for rot. Not really anything special to look for. Post up a couple pics if you can.

Exciter

I ended up buying it. I really like it. I am trying to put pictures on. I have not figured out how to do it yet. I'll be back.

Hey there. Nice looking boat man!! I just bought one myself last Sunday! If the wind wasn't blowing a houndred miles an hour I would be out pounding on it right now. I boat up and down the Kennebec river and in and out of Boothbay. I have to figure out the picture thing too. Don't tell anybody but I drank my morning coffee sitting in it in the garage this morning! :0 Gonna be a long Winter!! How fast is it?? Talk to you later.
