You did a fantastic job!!! How did the seacast pour go? I've seen offshore guys use that with great success. I think Spencer is going to do a carbon pour on his boat. http://www.carbon-core.com/carbonbond-transom.htm
The porpoising is a setup issue. With a narrow hull, the weight of twin outboards hanging off of jackplates, etc. you need to find stern lifting props to help alleviate the bounce..They will stop bouncing once you get the boat up to a decent speed and it rides up on the keel the nose will settle down. More seat time and playing with the trim..
You guys freakin amaze me. When I saw you testing on the Delaware on Sunday I couldn't believe how fast and smooth it was running.

There's a little rocker in the hull that still needs to be addressed; that is probably giving me a few problems. It does fly pretty straight when only the last four feet are in water. It actually rides pretty good with K-planes down one click.
