New Owner of a Pulsare 2400 BR

Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. My name is Josh and I am from Sandston, Va. I recently purchase a Pulsare 2400 BR from KCT11. (Great upstanding guy to deal with!!)

I have yet to take it out, it has still been a little chilly here for me.

Just curious as to how many other of the crawl through bow boats are out there. I have seen one other on here and only heard of a few others.

Can't wait to get it out on the water!

And of course the obligatory picture:

:welcome: aboard Josh! I also own a Pulsare 2400 Bowrider. It's currently rigged with a Mercury Verado 275. With a 6" hyd. jackplate and a Bravo One 24 I'm only seeing speeds of 65 mph. I will be re-rigging the boat with a 14" setback jackplate and hopefully a Verado 300 Pro!

First, Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the purchase.

If you called the factory, someone like Kip or Dean could likely give you an exact answer or a very close ball park number. But from what little I know, it's likely there were less then a couple dozen of the 2400br crawl through boats built, they started being built around 2004 or so and yours is the last one built. Checkmate switch to the brx liner style a couple of years prior to yours and as we all know, your boat was custom ordered after the switch.

There are or have been about 6-8 or so of them registered at one time or another on this forum.

I spoke with Dean about the number of Bowriders built and he guestimated about a dozen. In fact the only one he ever saw was the one owned by Kip before it was sold. I personally like the full dash, longer looking bow and storage along the floor sides of the bowrider but the BRX does have alot more room and function if you have a big family!..Here's a few shots of my Pulsare 2400 Bowrider:

Mine is the one that used to be Kip's. Mine also has a notched transom, I've not seen any others with that although Kip lead me to believe they had built several.
