The little guy was supposed to be for my wife because her (our) other Jack is over 16 years old, but this young fellow we rescued won't let me get 10' away from him.

I KNOW exactly what you mean, my Rodesian RIdgeback follows me like a shadow, and he is 70lbs, so I am constantly tripping over him because he walks very soft.

But, what would we do without them.

Why is the little guy Russel wearing a pink collar?:p

That collar is recycled from a dog my daughter had, and Russel is boy enough to rock the pink! I don't think he can tell? It's become more of a joke now, like how the old dogs name is Jack so the new JR mix got named Russel...

It's fun to watch people's faces when they ask our dogs names and the realization sets in
