1985 Enchanter

I was wondering how i could find out what that power rating rating on my boat is. 20' enchanter. I think it is 225 or 235 I would not want to over power due to insurance or accident purposes. I know 10 hp isn't much but enough an insurance company or induvidual could make me seriously liable in the case of an accident.

The replacement capacity plate I got from Checkmate for my '83 says 235hp. If you look at the 1986 brochure in "The Showroom", it says the same.

Give Mike a call at the factory. Have your VIN number ready and he'll be able to tell you.

Yeah , You never know when a Deathtard on a jetski is going to make some retarded turn for the worse. Insurance companies' lawyers will try to F&*# you in the ass having an "Overpowered" boat.
