1990 Checkmate Pulse 186, 200 Yamaha

Hello All,

I was wondering what to expect out of the new boat I purchased for top speed. It's a 1990 Pulse 186, 200 Yamaha 2-stroke with CMC power lift hydraulic jack, trim tabs and stainless prop. I havent brought it home yet , I was told he ran an honest 58-59 mph on GPS. I am a mechanic and have had boats in the past, but i dont even know the pitch of this prop yet. Just curious when I get this home next month and start working on this, what to expect out of this current set up with a proper stainless prop. I would assume low-mid 60's . Thanks for the input , I'll post pics soon. Cheers.

Thanks for the reply , I was hoping for a number close to that . I'll post again when I get it home and describe the set up.
Cheers Brett
