This is my dad's old boat(new boat is already here).

1998 with approx 150 hours(my guess).
1998 3.0L 225 EFI Merc
2005 Shoreland'r dual axle bunk trailer
cockpit cover(red)
full cover with engine cover built in(black)
manual jack plate
25P Merc Tempest SS prop

If I recall, this boat has been for sale for quite some time now?

Have you got some guy named Erik from Dunrobin Ontario enquiring about it?

He came to see my boat about two weeks ago but indicated he was going to look at a 1998 Pulsare with a 225 EFI on it. I suspect you have the exact boat he mentioned.

It's my Dad's boat, so I don't know anything about this Erik guy. It's been for sale for about a year. Had deposits from 2 guys but the financing didn't go through.

That's great! I was not very flexible with my price when he came to see mine... Glad to see one of us sold. Mine is still on the market. I'm in no rush though...
