Checkmate is located in the Chicagoland Area.

Above link has two pictures of the Checkmate.

I have owned the boat for about 4 years now, and have put some work into it over the years. Can be used as it sits, or you can fix it up to be a very nice boat. Transom is solid, Core is solid, and hull is in good shape.
