Are you looking for manual or hydraulic? If by "sealed unit" you mean a hydraulic jack plate with the pump built-in, I have an 8" Bob's Action Jack hydraulic plate that I will be selling once I can get my boat out of winter storage. It was new in July of 2014 and has 30 hours use in fresh water only. It is the one in this photo:

The 8" Slidemaster manual jack plate in this photo will also be for sale when I get my boat out of storage. It was new in May 2015 and has 20 hours use in fresh water only.

Both are here in Ontario and work great. The only reason that I am selling them is because I don't like how it looks with two jack plates bolted to each other. I want to get a 12" fixed setback bracket and a 4" hydraulic jack plate instead.
