84 Checkmate...worth it?

Well, it all depends on what you are looking for. For the price as long as it runs good, it should be fine, but be prepared to put some money into it.

The engine compartment doenst look all that clean, and there is a bunch of sh1t pilled in the boat, thats a sign to me of how it was maintained. Also it is in a hoist, so the people live on the water so it probaly has LOTS of hours on it.

But again, for the price, if you can run it for a few summers without dumping a ton of cash into it, go for it. But be ready for the unexpected.
