'96 220 Convincor BB

Is that an aftermarket (non mercury) drive on there? At least if it is a merc someone took the stickers off of it. Also what's up with the Holley blue electric fiel pump mounted to the exhaust manifold?
 
I was trying to figure out if that's an Alpha or Bravo back there. Motor is not factory, there's be some changes from stock.
 
Yeah, motor has some pecker tracks(been dicked with) nice looking boat though.
