black mold on seats

New member
I've had it! every year I try and clean the black mold spots off and nothing gets it off the seat. The material looks clean with nice black spots. So what is THE BEST stuff you guys use? my boat is hurting with these mold stains. I'm ready to just pull out the whole interior and start over...very costly. I'm sure there is something out there that is magic!!?? help!!

Mr Clean magic erasers work well.....sounds like mildew coming from the inside out though in that case not much you can do

Definitely calls for bleach no matter what to keep it from coming back.
Look at the bright side- at least it's not my mother-in-law on your seats.

soft scrub with bleach and a stiff bristle scrub brush should scrub right off like nothing

I saw a guy use a SOS pad.. He soaked and rub a stain.. It was gone in a sec. I thought it was harsh,, Make sure you coat it afterwards with 303..:)
