Checkmate's website is from 2013 and still says Doug Smith is the president. Anyone know why it is not being updated?
 
I was just on their site and I don't see anything about Doug still owning them. Where did you find that?
 
Seems it needs to be updated, something like

Then Doug Smith went on to drive the company into the ground until its doors where shut all the while filling his pockets with all money coming in and not turning out any product. etc etc etc.
