Drain channel clogged

North Carolina storms blew the cover off my '95 21ft Starliner openbow and apparently I absorbed some leaves and gak in the drain port. I have tried back washing with hose, sucking both ends with a wet dry shop vac and STILL cannot get water to drain. It drips at very slow pace. I can smell rotting leaves, etc... and know there is water in there. Also, the ski storage area retains water and will not drain out. Anyone run into this before? Do I have to remove the fuel tank to get to the drain channel to clear it out?

Drain snake

Thanks! Picked up a cheap drain snake at Lowes and flushed and snaked the drain channel several times. Finally busted loose. Appreciate it.
