"Wanted" Flaiing Checkmate Head Decals

I scanned the image and went into paint and changed the pixel colors to match my boat but my decal lady wasn't able to use that elec. file. i dont think she can scan it either
 
thats because you have to have in a vector format and no cheap reg home computer has the ability to do that....I spend thousands of $$ a year to buy high res vector artwork for business...some places will not give it up...just like checkmate...they paid to have someone design it. the format you work in from a normal home style computer can only print them...
