Help need selling advise

I have a 1980 predictor in ok shape. Paint is original floor has a soft spot but sound right now. Just had the interior redone and looks great. Has 1980 Evinrude 115 runs good. Trailer on ok could use tires soon. Just would like to know what I could get for it.
 
My Enticer was Merc powered and very clean and solid. Sold it for $3,500. Soft spot usually means the whole floor has to come up and depending on how clean it is I'd guess $1,500ish.
