Hi Everyone.. I am kinda new at this and just bought my first Checkmate last June. I didnt realize what I was getting into when I did, LOL!... But I love it and love the boat.. Its a 2000 ZT280 with an original 100 hrs on it with a 502 mag..... I live in Wyoming at high altitude and have a mirage 23 with just barely 4600RPM top speed of 66MPH... Just bought a 22P Bravo 1... I have been recommended to move to this prop for the RPM difference and the all around performance... Anyone have any other thoughts??

:welcome:
A 280 is a nice first boat. The rpms are abit low and trying a smaller prop should help you. We love pictures here if you have any.

Welcome to the forum. Your speeds sound very good for a single 280. We love pics if you get a chance put some up. Sounds like a nice boat you have.

Thats not dumb, every new member asks that same question.
Put your pics on photobucket.com or similar. Then copy and paste from there to your post. If you need more help just ask.

You have to be a supporting member to upload to the gallery.
Next time you post a picture if you click it in photobucket to where it shows it larger then copy it will show here larger as well.
Congrats on getting one posted so quickly.
