I need more help

OK, I've found a guy who is going to media blast my hull. I'm taking the motor off today as well as stripping everthing left off the boat. Here's my question. The wiring is a mess so I'm going to start all over. It also has an aftermarket throttle/shifter. The key start, choke, and trim are all seperate in the dash. If I buy a factory type control with key start trim and choke built in will it come with new wiring complete to the engine?

Dave it sounds like a good idea to all over with the wiring, and yes if you get the correct control box the wiring harnness will be with it, and you can just run the wires to the motor and plug them in the slots, Do yourself a favor like I did. I bought a power block, this is were you run on power line from the battery to a switch(if you have a on-off switch), to the block, this way you here you can mount the block where you will need alot of the power to come to,then run short little wires to your switches and gauges. You will just have one big wire running from the battery to the block, nice and neat. Plus the block has fuses in it so you don't have to use any inline fuses. Good luck! :thumb:
