Maiden Voyage

Glad you finally got it out. Looks good out there. I know the wait must have sucked.
So we gonna try for 80? I got a set of those wind deflectors off a member over the winter. You like them?

Excellent -Congrats!!!
Now I have to start searching for 225+hp outboards so I won't be the last man standing on meets!!! :shakehead:

Yeah I was getting pretty anxious. What a different animal than the Enticer, this thing feels like a Cadillac. I need to go find some three foot chop so I can feel normal again :D.

Mike let this Wind Away (http://www.windaway.com/) deflector go with the boat and as he said it works awesome. The seat sets right at the perfect level that the windshield doesn't help and the wind comes right up off the shield and hits me in the face/ears and its almost deafening above 50 or so. I have enough hearing loss so I need to either wear earplugs or get another one of these.

As for the speed the wifey was messing with me, she had it on KPH and took a pic:shakehead:. With my first time out it ran good and I took it easy. It ran in the low 60s.

Nice!
I'd need an icebreaker and a snowmobile suit to get out for a ride.Freezing rain on Thurs.-Fri. and snow Sat.-Sun.The temp here last April was in the 80's.:brickwall:

Congrats! Boat looks great and looks like you guys enjoyed a nice day on the water! I got out for a short 20-30 min ride today too! Looking forward to catching up soon:cheers:
