Merc OB, 200hp, carb'd (runs great but some gas coming from carbs) *still*

I thought I would post this question again. I have a 200 hp ob merc 2001 engine with carbs.
It is running fine. I recently rebuilt it.
I have some gas slowing dripping from the intake end of each carb when it runs. This gas accululates and drips from the bottom of the intake cover and into the engine comparment *fire hazard if nothing else*
There seems to be an abnormal amount of accumulation, and it appears to come equally from each carb.
And my question is WHY? and how to fix?
I double checked my hoses and all.
It's acting like a float/needle is not shutting off fule flow into the carbs the way it should.
But what are the chances this would happen equally on all the carbs and not just one or two that possibly could have got crudded up while the carb assembly layed around my garage during the engine repair process.

Any one have any suggestions or tricks up their sleeves.

Thanks for your help. Greg.
