NEVER order anything from outdoorsuperstore.com... I ordered my steering system from them on express delivery and 4 weeks later NOTHING!!! They don't answer the phone, respond to voicemails, and send generic emails making up excuses for delays that aren't specific to any order. I should have done more research because apparently they have been doing this for over a year and 60+ people have reported them to the BBB for this exact reason. NEVER!!!

I am sure you paid by CC, so call the CC company and tell them that you never recieved the product, and that the charges should be removed. I believe that there is a law that companies can't charge the card until the merchandise is shipped.

Then get your steering elsewhere.

Steering

So what are you doing about your steering? Are going Sea Star Hydraulic?
My Sea Star Pro was 1005.00 plus a new steering wheel and I've got the complete dual rack that I took out of my Enchanter.

I have used iboats.com and overtons in the past and have real good service from both companies... iboats.com seems to be real competitive on their pricing as well... keeps a few extra pennies in the tank!!!
Good luck with getting it handled!!!
 
Thanks for the heads-up. I'm pretty set on Overtons myself, they've treated me pretty well over the years.

Thanks Papa for the heads-up, where are they located at ( Maybe a Road Trip to main office is in order ) ( I'll do the collections for you ;) at 6ft 300lbs and XXXL I can convince just about anyone to do the right thing :)

lol Reed, I believe they are located in Greenville, SC. I'm not worried though, I got my money back and boatman hooked me up with the cable.
