Has anyone had any experience ordering shirts, hats, key chains etc. from Brilliant Promotions. My ordering experience with them has been very slow. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still no word. I called last friday and they told me my order would be out monday, well friday has come and gone and still no order. What gives. OldSchool

I ordered a hat and key chain off the Checkmate website about two-three months ago or so. I waited about three weeks to a month before it arrived.
The order was slow, but I indeed received everything and it was in great shape. I believe they send you an email with a tracking number and confirmation after the order is placed. Be patient and be prepared to wait, but if your experience is like mine, it will just magically show up one day!!!
Three weeks is a while and I would suspect that you will receive it sometime this week.
