Predictor Pad Repair

I flipped over my Preditor to sand off the Crappy paint job the prior owner did and found some damage to the pad.

Without major surgery how best to repair this?

Cooprider is the expert in such matters. He might answer a PM. I would probably just use kitty hair body filler to fill the holes and then polyester fairing (or even just bondo) to finish. I used bondo on my seadoo hull that was all scraped up and it worked fine. The key is prepping the surface so that it has something clean and porous to adhere to. It won't do well over paint or shiny gelcoat.
