Right High Five for Pulsare 21br

Looking for some input, I have a Pulsare 21br with a 250 Pro xs, we do alot of tubing, skiing, boarding, need a better hole shot. I have a 26p trophy plus and 26p Bravo 1 for speed. Just wondering what size pitch would work the best, a 23p or 25p High Five for my use. There's not really anyone around here that has one I can try one out, just want to get the right size. Has anyone tried either prop on their boat?

For holeshot you can't go wrong with the lower pitch. Maybe even a 21 if you like to yank people's arms out of their sockets. :)

I have a 19 hi five that is almost funny how fast it is out of the hole, after we're done water sports I like to trim it up and jump the boat out of the water a few times before I put the 24 trophy back on.

I can't pin it with the 19, there is now way they can hang onto the rope.

I would think a 23 high five would be about right. Check with your local marine shops. Most around here will let you borrow used props on a "break it buy it" agreement. Try before you buy unless you have deep pockets.

We have a Pulse 210BR with a Yamaha 225 HPDI, and run a Hi-Five 23. At top end, it spins right at 6000 rpm. We're at an elevation of 2500', and our holeshot is comparable to a tournament ski boat. Unless you're running at a higher elevation than us, I'd guess a 25 would be about right.
