Searching for past owner(s) "Red Thunder"

Hello all, thank you in advance. I'm looking to speak with a past owner of a boat. It's an all red 1990 251 Convincor Named "Red Thunder" It would be quite a few years back that someone in Ohio (I'm only assuming that due to the Hull number starting out OH) I could be mislead on that. Any and all help, greatly appreciated.

Yes the Hull Ident starts CHK, I'm referring to the vinyl letters on the side where the boat was registered.
