Trimate I,II,III,IV

Well the fever has hit! I bought a 1977 Trimate II. A question: What is the difference in a Trimate I, II, III, IV?

I is narrow, II is about the same length but wider, III is longer. All those three are outboard powered. IV is about as long and as wide as a II, but is an I/O.

Well I guess that about covers it thank you,. basically all outboards. it seems like they where still experimenting with the hull design at that time. Now the Trimates seem to be relics but still a very cool boat even in this day and age.
