I have an 87 starflite that I keep in a slip....I always seem to have water in the storage aera ....is this normal ??? or is it a big problem ??? I love this boat and would hate to think something is wrong with it....Please help...

Thank you for responding....Yeah there is a good chance it leaks...but it never seems to go away...there is always about an inch or two...

I have an automatic bilge pump....but the storage area is the lowest part of the boat...so the water never gets pumped out....I just want to make sure that its going to damage the foam or start to rot something....
