I HAVE TWO ROLLER CAMS FROM DIFFERENT MOTORS, THE ONE I KNOW IS A ZZ4 CHEVY CAM WITH SOME #'S ON IT SO I CAN RESEARCH A LITTLE MAYBE TO FIND OUT WHAT EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE. THE OTHER WAS REPLACED IN MY BOAT MOTOR I KNOW, IT LOOKS LIKE A BIGGER (HOTTER) CAM, THE ONLY THING ON IT IS STAMPED 395 ON THE END. ANY INFO COULD HELP. THOUGHTS, WEBSITES?:irked:

also at some of the car swap meets i go to they have a guy that puts your cams on an indicater set up on a computer and they can give you lift and overlap specs right there usually.

Try Ultradyne - they have a habit of only putting 3 numbers on the end, but then again it could be March 95. If you've got a micrometer, measure the lobes so you know the lift you're looking to match. What is your boat motor?

HEY PAYCHK, I DID MEASURE THE LOBES A CAME UP WITH, .500 LIFT. MY MACHANIC SAID THERE IS A CERTAIN WAY, TO MEASURE THE LOBES AND ADD AND SUBTRACT SOME FIGURES AND COME UP WITH A MORE ACCURATE CAM NUMBERS. I COULDN'T FIND THE FORMULA, ANYWAY THE MOTOR IS A 350 CHEVY.
