"Disturbed Mate" final upgrades

Final cleaning finished just in time. Need to fire up and test motors as I am leaving (hopefully) for Cumberland tomorrow. Will stop at the prop shop and pick up a LH 26p Bravo and see how she likes turning them over the 22p hydromotives.
Last of the decals on the back side

Back seat out for a failed attempt at bilge cleaning. This is like 40# of sh!t in a 5# sack, LMFAO! I got from the bulkhead to the front motor mount and both sides to the transom. The center area of the bilge is still a mess that will be addressed when motors are pulled in the next couple years.

I'll get more tomorrow as this is pre cleaning of bilge and before I finished relocating the drive oil reservoir.
Did You Say Final I don't think so, this is Brian Blair from Ohio isn't it. Looks great Captain Blair.:surf:
Doug is the only one who called BS on "final upgrades" and Nick Daniels was the only who noticed the risers cleverly placed in some pics :bigthumb:

A huge THANK YOU goes out to Dave for the installation of the Stainless Marine manifolds and tubular risers. Oh yea I did forget to mention that didn't I :D

I came across 2 sets of low hour SM exhaust. I bought them as I was told by Stainless Marine they work with the corsa silent choice. I will say it was a real mother fuker to install them. If I wasn't as far into them when I found out the truth I would have put the stock manifolds back on. :brickwall: I ended up cutting out 3" from the tail pipes. Thankfully I can weld stainless....... well I now know I can weld stainless :D. I fired up the portaband and cut 3" off the outter tube and 2" off the inner tube. This allows the riser to slide into the corsa and will also help with water reversion. I will say the risers are still about 2" longer than the merc risers so I am not worried about reversion because of cutting them shorter. From there, I welded the inner tube to the outter tube in 4 spots leaving the welds as long as the open spots. It equals out to the same amount of water passage as the SM risers had.

Doug was the only one to speak up but it goes without saying anymore,..... Everyone knows you're full of shi+ Brian

I'm diggin the exhaust man! This is what I was hinting at in post #42 about breathin better. Your motors should be happier now but what a bi+ch that must have been for Dave to install those! I'm sure the free rides kept him motivated :thumb:

Also I'm glad your starboard aft decal is straight:poke:

I will say I never want to tackle a job like that again but Brian did lend a hand in the project. Twin engine boats have little room to manuever under the hatch. :poke:Brian were you able to get all the blood off that Riser I left behind for you.

Haha.....I knew it wouldn't take long for some bolt-on mods! Those should add a lil more bark too! Let me know how those 26p's turn. what were your rpm's before the mods with the hydros?

Looking good Brian:drool: Definately making it "your" boat:bigthumb:

Are you almost done abusing rngrdve? I need him to come and hold my pitot tube this weekend:D

Silent choice is coming out this week. Its just to radiical of a bend from the risers to the corsa and is creating a hot spot there. Easy fix, just a PITA :brickwall:
