That's what I thought of too.

Maybe you could put some pontoons on the bottom and that can be the swimming door.

It might end up being faster too.

Yes, but not meant for something to resell. Nobody would want to pay any kind of money for it with that kind of damage and repair history.
Test and research boat, or a basic write off for me.

Friend of mine was over with his bobcat, and we rotated the Baja to a more favorable position.

Now you can't see the big hole as you come in the driveway.
