We had a great time hanging out at Cumberland with you Will. We are getting a boatel next year so we can be on the water or docked in it. Barry and Lori said they only paid $999 and sleeps 12. She said if you dont reserve it and just show up to rent one if available only $500 if stay docked out on the pier. It looked like they had plenty available that week.
