    Jim, What page of S&F did you find that info? I looked a little, but didn't find anything.I looked under buy & sell - misc. parts , lower units etc.Let me know if you have any more info. THANKS

    I've been on scream & fly, I didn't see any 20" mids.I may try to post it though.I also have a fleetmaster lower unit.We'll see how the extra height works from the hydro jack plate this weekend.Thanks for the input. I saw Sake's photo of his new 300x.Curious how it'll run.

    Checkmate Factory Restorations

    I have been thinking about this factory resto for about a year or so.I wnt to do my entire boat.But I just bought a 300x so I'll have to wait.Glad to know it can be done.

    300x setup

    I got the 300x set up.Used a 10" set back manual jackplatem, and ran a 28 chopper.It was all over the place above 70 mph.This motor has a 25" mid section and this jackplate didn't give me enough height so I'm putting a 10" hydro on to try.

    Top Speed Poll on New 2100BR......

    Hopeing for the 90's.I'm setting up an 89'Starliner w/ a 2002 300x.I'm hopeing for upper 80's low 90's.I'm gonna try a 28 chopper.Open for suggestions on props.

    I'm going to hang a big 300x on an 89' Starliner.I had an 89' 200 Merc, it tapped out at about 55mph.I'm hopeing this 300x merc will push me over 80.What do you guys think?
