    one soft spot in front of pass seat, other near backseat, driver side. I think these will be okay for two more seasons, then will need replaced. transom seems rock solid.

    as long as the motor can get the boat on a plane, it should be fine. The 70 will not have the top speed of the 115, but should work just fine. Had a 70 rude' on a 17.5" cuddy cabin, and it planed and got to a whopping 31 mph. But could still ski behind it. might as well enjoy the boat season...

    yes its turing all the time. I used to only flush after salt water. I also used to spray some water in the bottom jet inlet to keep pump and wear ring wet....

    The boat is nice, but it still shows of its age. The worst thing I could do is mis-represent. The boat is in Tampa FL. I can send more pics of whatever someone wants.

    Black boat, silver red stripe. 225 merc had some work done by previous owner. heads shaved, exhuast relieved, low water pickup. 5.5' hyd jack plate. Just recleared both sides, top is nice. seats are original and are starting to go. soft spot (2places). Nice aluminum trailer with brand new...

    there is a mat used in garages that has a "coin" design. a couple of different sizes. 6 colors. 7.5' x 17' is $300. goes up to 10' x 24' for $549. go to www.genuinehotrod.com it is in their catalog.

    ideas to replace starflite interior?

    what is a good way to replace starflite interior? Are most just going to private company? It seems that the seats are very heavy, is there a lighter way to upgrade? thanks P.S. what should I expect to spend?

    "f150gt" is running 18" on his starflite with a custom bracket that he made With this setup, what did he accomplish as far as MPH increase? +5mph +10 mph I guess I am trying to determine the point of diminishing returns. Also trying to figure what the original transom can handle? thanks

    okay, who has the most setback on a starflight? What extra support was added? Did you have to rebalance the boat on the trailer? I may be maxed out now on forward travel on my trailer.! It seems like more and more and more would really stress the transom.
