    wax

    NuFinish. It is the best wax/Polish. You can apply it in direct sun and still wipe it off easy, after you pull your boat out of the water any residue from the water wipes right off. And it sold everyware and its cheap to boot!!

    6.5" vs. 6 x 9" - which is best

    I have (10) 6.5 polk db651 in my 242 and 2 JL audio 10w3 subs. Its loud and very clear. 6.5 is the way to go, you can install them with a 5" hole saw and they don't need boxs just a flat mounting surface. If you do go with boxs I take them to lineX truck bed coating and have them sprayed...

    Purchasing a 242 Convincor sport 500hp what should I look for?

    Should I take it to a shop and have them check those things out, or is it something that I can check when looking at the boat. (Minus pulling the drive) How much should I spend for an inspection like that?
