    I believe in the instruction's for Aqua-buff on the 1000 grit you need to use a rotary buffer that does 5000rpm. then 2000 grit and then a good polish (I use Flitz) then a sealer like NU Finish.     Maybe I am getting older just wondering if anyone has recommendations for less smoke! I enjoy putting around at night and relaxing but my engine seems to smoke!     Gelcoat?clearcoat

    I had the same problem with my spectra and in the end of the day someone had put on a clear coat over the gel! I had to wetsand to remove the clear coat and then aqua-buff and polish! in the end it came out great but it did require alot of work! thanks post a picture?
