    Anyone know of a company that will insure for 4-5 months on the water if you store the boat the rest of the year? I know some classic cars are insured this way. Have locked in with home owners and auto to "bring the cost down" but I'm still at $122 a month just for the boat :( Any info would be...

    My boat has an old chrome and wood steering wheel. Does anyone know what should be used on the wood to protect it? It doesn't have anything on it now but it's in good shape and I would like to keep it that way. Thanks.

    Thanks for the info. I am right in your back yard...Edwardsville. We live out in Holiday shores which has a 55mph restriction. First year with this boat so we were thinking of going down to Ren Lake or larger this summer just to see what she has.
